Routine dental check-ups and cleaning is the best way to ensure long term oral health. We offer a full range of general dental care services that can help you prevent and cure oral disease.

As dental treatment is typically done under local anesthetics these days, discomfort is minimal. You will be able to continue a normal diet before the treatment, and resume it 3 hours post-treatment. Our dentists will give you instructions on post-treatment care, That is tailored specifically to your treatment.

Professional teeth cleaning (scaling) can remove tartar from teeth, maintain healthy gum and prevent tooth decay. For adults, it’s recommended to have teeth cleaning done every 6 month.

There may be limited or no symptoms when tooth decay first appears, our dentists will check for decay during routine dental check-ups, and an X-ray will be taken to confirm a potential diagnosis. Once decay is identified, our dentists will help remove the area affected by decay, and use restorative material to fill the cavity. If the filling is not done in time, bacteria can affect the tooth pulp and cause pulpitis , which can be very painful and may require root canal treatment.

If a tooth has very poor prognosis, leaving it in the oral cavity may compromise the health of neighboring tissue, and so removal of the tooth(extraction) would be recommended. As dental treatment is typically done under local anesthetics these days, discomfort is minimal. You will be able to continue a normal diet before the treatment, and resume it 4 hours post-treatment. Our dentists will give you instructions on post-treatment care that is tailored specifically to your treatment.

When the decay has invaded the tooth pulp, filling alone will not resolve inflammation within the pulp, and root canal treatment will be needed. Root canal treatment will remove bacteria and inflamed tissue, following which the tooth would be restored. A tooth crown, with or without a post-and-core system, may be needed to strengthen the tooth and to prevent it from fracture during eating. The whole treatment typically takes 2-4 weeks, and is done under local anesthetics. During the treatment, you can continue a normal diet, but it is recommended to eat using the side of your mouth that is not affected by the treatment.

A crown is used to restore teeth morphology, change teeth shape and shade, or protect and prevent teeth from fracture (e.g. after root canal treatment).

A bridge is used to replace missing teeth, prevent neighboring teeth from moving after tooth extractions, and to restore the function and appearance of the extracted teeth.

There are different materials for crowns and bridges; Please consult our clinic for details.

Wisdom teeth are located at the end of your dentition. They usually develop when one is between 17 to 25 years old. There are four of them in total. Congenitally missing one or several of them, however, is common. Some wisdom teeth can erupt into oral cavity normally, others might be impacted and causing pain and swelling. Impacted wisdom teeth can cause continued discomfort and serious damage to oral tissue. In these situations, the affected wisdom teeth need to be removed.

A denture is a removable appliance that replaces the function and appearance of missing teeth. A removable partial denture is used when there are some missing teeth in the mouth. A complete denture is used in case of total lose of dentition.
